Even if you are not a fan of Cam Newton you still have to appreciate how he moves the Panthers offense.  The Raiders have a real star in Crabtree and Derek Carr is seeing everything on the field. In the weeks to come we will be analyzing other quarterbacks, running backs and complete offensive and defensive squads.
